Say hello to Sinn Fein’s Jonathan Graham

Say hello to Jonathan Graham, who began his speech at the Sinn Féin Ard Fheis in Wexford this weekend, by grandly declaring he is unemployed. Jonathan’s claim to fame is that he is the youngest candidate in the country running in the upcoming local elections.

This is Jonathan addressing the Sinn Féin Ard Fheis, in a bow tie no less.

What Jonathan neglected to mention, he is in fact studying Economic and Social Science at Trinity College Dublin. Not so much unemployed, but actually studying full-time at one of the most prestigious universities in the country.

As you can see, Jonathan is declaring his future unemployment a little early, Just two years early. Tiocfaidh Ár Unemployment Graham. Maybe he could try for a career in fashion if he actually ever joins the dole queue.

Selective indeed. It says a lot, that he chose to say that rather than, “I’m studying Economic and Social Science at Trinity College”, something one would think relevant for a career in politics. But then that’s what many Sinn Féin politicians are – career politicians.
